Part of our magnificence as human beings is that we can and are constantly changing and renewing ourselves, from the tiniest cell to the largest bone or muscle. Yet we often misuse our energy and sabotage the body’s natural movement towards health.

In this experiential workshop series, you will become more aware of how, and if, you are using your energy and your multifaceted capacities to enhance healing. You will learn practical ways—calling on your mind, your emotions, your body and your spirit— to replenish your energy and promote health and well-being. (such as relaxation techniques, guided visualization, meditation, hands-on-healing, empowering language, affirmations and exercise.) With the support of the group, commit to letting go of at least one habit that doesn’t serve your health and choose to activate a new response to empower your healing.

*Events are open to all, but priority will be given

to those who can attend both evenings.
